Rules and Services of Parque Europa
To ensure the safety, coexistence, and well-being of all visitors to Parque Europa in Torrejón de Ardoz, as well as to keep the park's facilities in perfect condition, we inform you about a series of mandatory basic rules.
Failure to comply with these rules may lead to the expulsion of the offender from the park and, if necessary, be sanctioned with the corresponding fine.
We ask for the cooperation of all visitors to inform the authorities or Parque Europa staff of acts that may violate the basic rules or suggestions for improving them and the facility.
- Take care of and safeguard the monuments of Parque Europa. It is strictly forbidden to damage them or make graffiti on them.
- Do not light fires anywhere in the park.
- It is mandatory to keep your dogs on a leash except in designated dog areas.
- Use the trash cans and keep the park clean. Do not throw litter or waste into the lakes, canals, or gardens.
- It is strictly forbidden to enter the park with glass bottles or containers.
- Group drinking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages outside bars and restaurants are not allowed.
- Respect the walkways of other visitors, try not to create bottlenecks.
- Do not engage in activities that may be annoying or in bad taste for other users.
- The entry of all types of motor vehicles is prohibited.
- Respect the plants, gardens, and meadows of the park.
- Bicycles, skates, and carts must be used in designated areas and paths. Do not cross meadows or gardens with these vehicles.
- Swimming in the lakes and canals is strictly prohibited.
- Do not drink irrigation water as it is not potable. Use the park's fountains.
- Camping is prohibited throughout the park.
- Unauthorized shows by the Torrejón de Ardoz City Council are not allowed.
- Street vending of any kind is not allowed within the park.

Parking
The parking areas near Parque Europa are regulated by a paid parking service. Depending on the day and time, this service may be modified or disabled at the discretion of the municipal police of Torrejón de Ardoz. Restrooms
The park has public restrooms in various parts of the grounds.
Dogs
There are designated areas for letting dogs off-leash within the park. The areas are divided according to small or large dogs. The dog areas have obstacles and games for animals. More information

Tourist Information
The park has a visitor and tourist information point located in Plaza de España, just in front of the cafeteria. The park staff will attend to your questions and requests. Maps and information brochures can be obtained at this point.
Gift Shop
At the main entrance of the park next to the Brandenburg Gate, you will find a souvenir, gift, and memorabilia shop of Parque Europa.
Picnic Areas
In the waterfall area of the park, there are picnic areas available for public use, prioritizing food and picnic services. Please free up the picnic tables once you have finished using them so that other visitors can use them.
Meadows
The grass meadows of Parque Europa are available to the public for use and enjoyment. Visitors are asked to use them appropriately and not to damage the landscaping.
Market
Throughout the season, it is common for the Artisan Market of Torrejón de Ardoz to set up its stalls along the main walkway of the park. These sales stalls are authorized and regulated.
